Even though I did not have the breakfast, it was decent enough. The front desk staff was fine. The facilities were greatly improved from the past, but it still needs lots of work for the price being charged.

The front parking lot and lobby were clean. The breakfast was decent and the staff was accommodating, but sometimes needed, prompting to be more proactive.. the location which was in close proximity to downtown Raleigh and shops and restaurant was also a bonus.
